Their mouflons come only from the preserve of "Las Coladas" (Seville) without further mixing, remaining pure in this encaste of great genetic quality. The fallow-deer come from "Las Coladas" and from the "Arenales" preserve, both in Seville. Their deer, native and of the province of Toledo. The wild boars, indigenous one hundred percent.

After many care, selection and patience for ten seasons, we achieved some worthy trophies of each species and of great beauty with which we start commercialization of stalking hunting in the 2.002 / 03 season. Up to then they had been hunted only in drivenhunts, which are still given in the form of small hooks, especially for boars. Absolutely all the cattle are born and bred in the wild in full freedom without any other management than adding food in the dry season and summer and the elimination by the keepers of the cattle that are foreseen of bad future and selective.
