Red Stag Deer
Cervus Elaphus Hispanicus
It is the main animal for hunting in Spain, predominating above all from the center of the country to the south. Their mating period is about one month, from September 15th to October 15th, which is also called rutting.
Our trophies, always pure, without foreign mixtures, are the result of years making genetic selection through selective hunting as well as hunting for population control.
Fallow-Deer

Very nice and elegant animal available especially in the south of Spain where its mating begins once deer ends in mid-October, also called ronca. Under the guise of being a docile animal, fallow-deer hides a strong character and an extremely insightful instinct.
As in deer, selective hunting and population control are done to improve the genetics.
Mouflon

Originally from Corsica and Sardinia but nowadays it can be found throughout the national territory being its hunting to stalking the most challenging and satisfying.
